On June 6, the NCID Team leaded by its Director Luis Ravina met a delegation of the Army Governance and Strategy Management Office (AGSMO) of the Philippine Army, leaded by Col. Joel Paloma at the recently inaugurated Universidad de Navarra campus in Madrid. This was the second meeting between both parts after the NCID had visited the Philippine Army’s headquarters in Manila last summer.

As a research center which focuses on evidence-based investigations, the NCID is in talks with AGSMO for the possibility of establishing a collaboration that would look to improve the efficiency and training of Philippine Army’s personnel.

The meeting was fruitful and talks will continue in the near future on this possibility.
