Video Pills: 

Anna Rosso is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods (DEMM) of the University of Milan. She is also a Research Associate at the Centre for Economic Performance (LSE) in the Growth Programme and affiliated to the Centro Studi Luca d’Agliano. Anna received her Ph.D. from University College London. Most of her research focuses on the impact of emigration on labor markets in sending countries, and on the determinants of emigrant selection and sorting into different destination countries. Some of her recent work uses Big Data to study firm innovation. Anna was a guest speaker at the NCID Workshop on Migration on November 11.
