José Manuel Cuevas (Bogotá, Colombia) is a junior researcher at the NCID. He studied History and Journalism at the University of Navarra, with an exchange semester at KUL, in Poland. José Manuel has worked as a journalist at the Diario de Noticias de Navarra and Colombiacheck, and as a research assistant in the National Center of Historical Memory of Colombia. His interests include historical roots of current phenomena and understanding how corruption and violence affect the lives of people and the behavior of societies.
