Rabah Arezki a Nonresident Fellow at the Navarra Center of International Development and a Senior Economist at the IMF Research Department published an article about how natural-resource-rich countries risk capital flight as multinational corporations seek to avoid taxes. Rabah Arezki wrote this piece aong with  Gregoire Rota-Graziosi, a Senior Economist in the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department, and Lemma W. Blanca Moreno-Dodson, a member of the Steering Committee of the Navarra Center for International Development, has recently led the production of a new World Bank book entitled Is Fiscal Policy the Answer? A Developing Country Perspective. Senior Lecturer and Academic Director of the Master in Public Policy Management, Dr. Robert Mudida presented a paper entitled ‘The African Continent and Development Aid: Does it work?’ during a conference of the International Catholic Legislators Network (ICLN) in Frascati, Italy between August 29th and September 1st 2013.
