On June 6, the NCID Team leaded by its Director Luis Ravina met a delegation of the Army Governance and Strategy Management Office (AGSMO) of the Philippine Army, leaded by Col. Joel Paloma at the recently inaugurated Universidad de Navarra campus in Madrid. This was the second meeting between both parts after the NCID had visited the Philippine Army’s headquarters in Manila last summer.
