Luis Alberiko Gil-Alaña es profesor residente del Centro de Desarrollo Internacional y Profesor Catedrático de Econometría y Director del Departamento de Métodos Cuantitativos de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales de la Universidad de Navarra.
