Abigail D. de Leon

Abigail D. de Leon is a Visiting Researcher at the Navarra Center for International Development. She is an assistant professor of the Political Economy Program at the University of Asia and the Pacific, Manila, Philippines. She holds a Ph.D. in Philippine Studies from the University of the Philippines. Her current areas of research and interests are social and human capital development and cultural policy, all coming together in a concept called the Intangible Assets Theory of Development.
