Abigail D. de Leon is a non-resident fellow at the Navarra Center for International Development. She is Vice Dean for Student Affairs, School of Law and Governance at the University of Asia and the Pacific in Manila, Philippines. Abigail is also the Political Economy Program Director at the same university. She holds a Ph.D. in Philippine Studies from the University of the Philippines. Her current areas of research and interests are social and human capital development and cultural policy, all coming together in a concept called the Intangible Assets Theory of Development.
